This program provides detailed information about the historic house types and neighborhoods of New Orleans, as well as pertinent information about financial incentives, renovation financing, and permitting that will enable local agents to better market and sell historic New Orleans homes. Attendees will earn four hours of continuing education credit, plus the PRC designation of Historic House Specialist (pending participation in two other PRC classes).
